Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
4. Close Command Prompt window, then go to C:/Users/name/AppData/Local/
Find the folder named TileDataLayer and delete it.
