Learn how to resolve "There was a problem refreshing your PC. No changes were made" error when trying to refresh the system.
Solution: Set Custom Recovery Image Location
Step 1. Open Windows Explorer. Under This PC double-click the C: drive.
Step 2. Create WIN-RECOVERY folder in your C:/
Step 3: Then, from ISO image Sources folder, you copy the Install.WIM file to WIN-RECOVERY folder.
Step 4. Open a Command Prompt as an Administrator.
Step 5. Type REAGENTC /INFO and press Enter.
Step 6. To set your custom recovery path, you type the following command and press Enter.
reagentc /SetOSImage /Path C:\WIN-Recovery\install.wim /Index 1
Step 7.Restart your system and check if the error has resolved.
