Learn how to make Box Patties
So easy and simple recipe for Iftaar parties and hi tea party .
Ingredients
Potatoes : 2 (boil n mashed)
Chicken : 1 cup (boiled n shredded) boil with 1 tsp ginger garlic
Carrot : 1 (grated)
Cabbage : 1/2 cup grated
Red chilli flakes: 1 tsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Black pepper powder : 1 tsp
Chaat Masala: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
Oil : 2 tbsp
Method
Heat oil , add shredded chicken , saute for a while
Add carrot and cabbage ,mix
Then add all spices , mix n cook for 2 minutes
Then add boiled n mash potatoes,mix well
Cook for 1 minutes,
Remove from flame and leave it to cool
Required 2 filo sheet /Samosa Wrap /Manda Patti for each box Patties
Place two sheets in Cross
Put filling in centre
Fold lower sheet first
Apply flour n Water paste on remaining 3 parts
Fold all parts
Shallow fry or Deep fry
Serve with your favorite sauce
