Ingredients
All purpose flour : 1 3/4 cup
Baking soda : 1 1/2 tsp
Baking powder : 1 1/2 tsp
Powder milk : 1/2 cup
Instant coffee: 2 tsp
Salt : pinch or 1/4 tsp (depends on your taste)
Vanilla powder: 1 tbsp (optional)
Castor sugar : 2 cup
Coco powder : 3/4 cup (dark or light is your preference)
Mix all ingredients and keep in air tight jar or Ziploc bags
Label Recipe name , date and remaining ingredients
U can easily keep it for 3-4 months (if your all ingredients are fresh)
In very hot areas keep it refrigerate
To make
Add
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
2 cups hot water
If u don't have vanilla pd then add vanilla essence 1 tsp at this stage
Mix all ingredients with hand whisk
U can make cakes or cupcakes with this batter
9" cake pan bake @ 180 degree for 25-30 minutes or until tooth picks inserted comes out clear
24 cupcakes @180 for 15 minutes or until tooth picks inserted comes out clear
Even u can pour some batter in mug and micro for 1 minute and have your quick hot yummy chocolaty cake And have it with scoop of ice cream and chocolate sauce
