Peri Peri Sauce /Piri Piri Sauce

How to make quick & easy homemade ,delicious peri peri/piri piri sauce.
Ingredients
************
Long dried talhar chili : 6-7
Button red chilli : 20-25
Garlic clove : 4
Onion: 1 small
Chilli flakes : 1 tbsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Citric Acid : 1/4 tsp
Corriandar seeds (crushed ) : 1 tbsp
Mustard paste or powder : 1 tsp
Vinegar : 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice : 2 tbsp
Oil : 1/4 cup
Directions

wash dried chilies
either soak it for over night in water or just boil it for 10 minutes
Drain all water , remove stems
Blend all ingredients till smooth paste form
use as u required
**Keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks
** if u want to make it more hot & spicy , increase chili flakes and button red chili

Lehsun : 4 jaway
Namak : adha chai ka chamach
Piyaz : 1 choti
Tatri : 1/4 chai ka chamach
Mustard paste ya powder : 1 chai ka chamach
Sabut dhania ( kuta howa ) : 1 khanay ka chamach
Kuti lal mirch : 1 khanay ka chamach
Sirka : adha cup
Limo ka ras : 2 khanay kay chamach
Oil : 1/4 cup
Tarkeeb

Talhar mirchon ko dho kr , raat bhur pani may bhigo kr rakh dain
ya phir das minute k liyay pani may ubal lain
Is k baad pani say nikal kr, dandiyan bhi tor lain
Or tamam ajza ko achi terhan pies lain
**Is sauce ko 2 haftay tuk fridge may rukh saktay hain
